Deeply Life, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates www.deeply.life. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below, which establish our service expectations and protect both parties.

GENERAL

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Occasionally, there may be discrepancies. In such cases, we will fulfill available items and contact you about the out-of-stock item for either a restocking wait or a refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of items in your order. Shipping fees are collected with your purchase, and this final price is the full shipping cost to you.

RETURNS

Return Due to Change of Mind
Deeply Life, Inc. accepts returns due to change of mind within 7 days of receiving your item, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and you must arrange return shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, we will issue a store credit for future purchases. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims within 90 days of receipt. Customers are required to prepay return shipping, but we will reimburse you if the warranty claim is successful. Upon receiving your warranty return, Deeply Life, Inc. will process your claim within 7 days. If approved, you may choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item if available.

DELIVERY TERMS

Domestic Shipping
Typical transit time for domestic orders is 2-7 days.

International Shipping
International orders generally arrive within 4-22 days, depending on the chosen courier service. Estimated transit times are provided during checkout.

Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays. We strive to keep delays minimal during these times.

Address Changes
You can request an address change anytime before the order is dispatched.

P.O. Box and Military Shipping
We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services and to military addresses via USPS. Courier services are unavailable for these locations.

Items Out of Stock
If any items are out of stock, we will dispatch available items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock items.

Extended Delivery Time
If your delivery time exceeds the forecasted estimate, please contact us so we can investigate.

TRACKING AND DAMAGES

Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link with the latest shipment updates from the provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it and contact customer service. If the parcel was delivered without you present, reach out to us for assistance.

DUTIES & TAXES

Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the price displayed on our website.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes on international shipments are prepaid, with no additional fees upon arrival in the destination country.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before dispatch. After dispatch, please refer to our refund policy.

INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

Damaged Parcels in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the damage.

Lost Parcels in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.

RETURNS
Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email customer service at hello@deeply.life for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive an RMA number, securely package the item, include proof of purchase, and mail it to:

Note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable method.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process the refund. Allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
Opened food items, unless spoiled or damaged, cannot be returned. For defective or damaged items, please contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.
